General FAQ
1. How can I be sure that the gemstones are authentic?
Every lab-grown diamond we offer comes with an official certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI), which guarantees the authenticity and quality of your stone. The certificate details all the characteristics of your diamond, including cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Additionally, each jewelry piece comes with its own product certificate, giving you full documentation and confidence in your purchase.
2. What materials do you use?
All our jewelry is crafted in 14 k and 18 k gold, ensuring the highest quality and durability. Each piece is stamped with a gold hallmark that you can always verify and cross-reference with your product certificate for complete transparency and peace of mind.
3. What's my ring size?
We have a ring size chart available on every product page, which you can easily check to find your perfect fit.
4. What do I get besides the product?
Every order comes beautifully presented in an elegant jewelry box, along with a branded bag featuring our logo. Inside you will also find your IGI gemstone certificate and product certificate, containing all the detailed information related to your purchase — making it a complete and memorable unboxing experience, perfect for gifting.
5. How can I find your store on Google Maps?
We are an online-only jewelry store. This is a conscious choice — by not maintaining a physical location and minimizing overhead costs such as rent and staffing, we are able to pass those savings directly on to you, offering our customers the best possible prices on the market without compromising on quality. We encourage you to compare our prices with other retailers — we are confident you will find that we offer the best value for lab-grown diamond jewelry.
6. How should I care for and clean my lab-grown diamond jewelry?
Keeping your jewelry clean is simple, but the method depends on the type of stone:* For diamonds and non-color stones: Place your jewelry in boiling water with a few drops of mild dish soap and let it soak for 10–15 minutes. Once done, carefully remove the piece and gently wipe it with a clean dry cloth. This method effectively removes oils and buildup, restoring your diamond's brilliance.
* For color stones: Color stones are sensitive to extreme heat, so avoid boiling water. Instead, use lukewarm water with a few drops of mild dish soap, mix the solution gently, and let your jewelry soak for a few minutes. After soaking, use a soft brush to carefully clean the stone, then wipe it dry with a clean soft cloth.
